Here are the steps that are needed to add an IP in Windows 2019 Standard:
Log into your server as Administrator via RDP and then click:
- Start
- Control panel
- Network and internet
- Network sharing center
- Change adapter settings
- Add additional IP
- RIGHT CLICK on the active network device
- properties
- Internet Protocol Version 4 [TCP/IPv4]
- Advanced
- IP Settings
- Add
- enter the IP and subnet mask
- Add
- OK
